Latvian parliament recognized Russia as a state sponsoring terrorism

The Latvian Parliament adopted a resolution on Thursday, in which it assessed that the Russian troops in a deliberate and conscious manner are attacking the civilian population in Ukraine, and Russia is simply a sponsorship state of terrorism - the Ukrainian fact net paper said behind the press services of the Latvian Parliament.
