Complementary elections to the Polish legislature will be held in territory 33 which includes Kraków districts: I – look Miasto, V – Krowodrza, VI – Bronowice, VII – Zwierzyniec, VIII – Dębniki, IX – Łagiewniki-Borek Fałęcki, X – Swoszowice, XI – Podgórze Duucheckie, XII – Bieżanów-Prokocim and XIII – Podgórze. The order of the president of the Republic of Poland in this case is due to the expiry of a senatorial mandate in 1 of the constituency.
Who can vote?
The vote may be taken by a Polish national who:
- in the Central registry of Voters is included in the permanent voting circuit within the constituency to legislature number 33 (diversaries: I, V–XIII of the city of Krakow)
- at the latest on the day of voting, he ends 18 years old
- is not deprived of public rights by a court ruling
- is not incapacitated
- has not been deprived of voting rights by a final decision of the Court of State.

In supplementary elections to the Senate, only voters can vote permanently in territory 33 (diversaries I and V to XIII of the city of Krakow). If you do not live permanently in any of the designated districts, you will not be able to participate in these elections.

From 31 January to 13 March it may be requested to issue a certificate of voting rights and a request to change the voting place. However, this applies only to voters permanently resident in constituency No 33 (Division I and V to XIII).
Paper applications may be submitted at the appropriate Administrative Affairs Department from Monday to Friday from 7.40 to 6 p.m. (reporting applications) or 7.40 to 15.30 (applications for inclusion in the permanent voting circuit):
- for residents of territory I and V–VII: al. Warsaw Uprising 10
- for residents of the districts VIII–XIII: Wielicka 28a.
If you want to be certain that your request for inclusion in the permanent circuit of the vote will be processed before the day of the vote, submit it by paper at the office or by electronic means on 7 March at the latest. The Office has 5 days to examine your application.
