Officially, the PiS and the ruling coalition only in the coming week intend to formally announce a candidate in the legislature endorsement election. These in Krakow will take place on 16 March and are associated with the submission of a mandate by Bogdan Klich.

The situation in the PiS became somewhat clearer after the Sunday toll gathering of Kraków organization activists. In the course of the election, Ryszard Terlecki spoke and announced that Barbara Nowak would be the candidate of the Law and Justice organization in the supplementary elections to the Senate. She is the head of the Kraków PiS structures and a provincial councilwoman, who became celebrated for the full country inactive as a curator of education. In addition to the controversy surrounding her statements, she is besides followed by those who are inactive curious in the Krakow prosecution.
In February 2024, investigators launched an investigation, due to the fact that Barbara Nowak and her husband were expected to conceal in a property message that they owned their own flat in fresh Huta and, contrary to regulations, benefit from a municipal assignment to the municipal premises. Investigators investigate, among another things, whether there has been an unlawful misappropriation of property.
As Onet found out, the investigation is inactive ongoing. —There are six more witnesses to the hearing.
