The Ministry of Deputy Prime Minister W. Kosiniak-Kamisha showed papers amending the law of the Armed Forces of Poland at sea. The Ministry wants to extend the powers of the Navy so that the presence outside the state's borders can stay below the war threshold, but at the same time it retains a real deterrent component.
