Kiev-Seul conflict is increasing. South Korea withdraws part of embassy personnel

The South Korean authorities decided on Tuesday to retreat any of their staff from their embassy in Ukraine. The Seoul MFA justifies a step in the absence of "constructive" actions by Kiev in the ongoing diplomatic dispute and concerns about the safety of personnel in connection with Russia's continued attacks.
