During a gathering with residents in Kolbuszowa, president Karol Nawrocki presented a second draft bill, which he will mention to the Sejm as part of the presidential legislative initiative. It is simply a proposal to exempt from income taxation (PIT) families with 2 or more children. The exemption limit would be PLN 140 1000 per year, which is somewhat above the second taxation threshold. This is not the end of taxation changes – in Kolbuszów Nawrocki announced another.
On Thursday, 7 August, the recently sworn president of the Republic of Poland, Karol Nawrocki, signed the first legislative initiative in Kalisz, in which it was proposed to return to the first task of the Central Communication Port – with the alleged "railway spokes", or 2,000 fresh railway lines, including. Today, at a gathering in Kolbuszowa, Nawrocki signed another presidential bill in which he proposed to exempt from PIT families having 2 or more children.
"This income taxation exemption task of 2 and more children up to the threshold of PLN 140 1000 is nothing more than my fulfilling my election promises and my contract with you. I have agreed with you on Plan 21 and on a taxation contract – and I intend to implement it. Polish families will always be able to number on their president," said president Nawrocki.
The task is to be another support for Polish families, who decide to have more children, which is peculiarly crucial – as Nawrocki pointed out – in the era of the demographic crisis.
"Poland is affected by a immense demographic and nonsubjective crisis. He is not liable for 1 or the another political party, but he is besides liable for the force of liberal-left ideologies that deter people from starting families. Therefore, I will consistently repeat that Polish families can number on the support of the Polish President. And the release from the PIT of 2 parents and more children is not only my promise, but besides my work to Poland and the independency of the Polish state," said the president in Kolbuszowa.
Nawrocki besides stressed that he does not condemn couples who do not choose to have children. "This is not an initiative against anyone," he said.
“There are those among us who do not start a family, who choose a different way of life for different reasons. Anyone in a free country can make their own decisions, meet different circumstances in life. On the another hand, all Polish families and those who dream of starting a household must be aware that the Polish state supports this process and that the president of Poland will do everything possible to make the best of Polish families. This is what the social situation and the persistence and identity of the Republic of Poland require" – said Karol Nawrocki.
