Poland is due to present to the European Commission by the end of November a list of programmes which it will want to finance with the [European SAFE instrument](https://defence24.pl/premium/gigantic-credit-with-use-on-defence-explaining-who-receive-on-safe-analysis), i.e. loans intended to strengthen defence capacity by supporting the European defence industry. It was initially assumed that Poland could receive over 43.7 billion EUR from this source, or over PLN 184 billion.
