Jarosław Kaczyński made his message in the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw on Wednesday as a witness in an investigation into the organisation of the 2020 presidential election. A spokesperson for the territory Attorney's Office, Piotr Antoni Skiba, confirmed that the president of the Law and Justice Office responded to all the prosecutor's questions. The investigation concerns, among another things, erstwhile Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, to whom the prosecution has set allegations of breach of powers. Kaczyński called the proceeding "the component of this operation", which he thought would "be settled by courts 1 day".
