It is an offer for those who want to join the ranks of territorials, but during the school or academic year due to their education they do not have adequate time. For the sixth time, the Command of the Territorial Defence Army has invited for "WOT Holiday". Students, students and teachers will be able to train in territorial units across the country from June to September.

Holiday is the best time to get fresh skills, first soldier's skills and experience an adventure – so territorial defence troops encourage young people to join their ranks. Volunteers – students, lecturers – can apply for 16-day basic or eight-day compensatory training. To do this, you must contact the brigade recruiter they want to serve. The contact is available on WOT websitewhere you can choose the brigade nearest to your home. After applying for territorial military service, the recruitment procedure will begin. The volunteer will receive an appointment card to supply information on the date, time and place of training. People who turn 18 are Polish citizens, have not been punished and enjoy good health.

16-day basic training – in which program are, among others, classes in tactics, shooting, orientation in the field and field medicine – ends with a military oath. It is worth noting that all individual entering the ranks of territorials, who successfully completes basic training, receives a one-off wage of over PLN 7,000, and soldiers continuing to service as part of monthly weekend rotation training can number on a fixed monthly wage of at least PLN 968.
