Already over 1 million people have utilized this year's edition of the Electoral Lantern – an online tool that prepares the Centre for Civic Education all year. This is an interactive test that helps voters compare their own views with the declarations of candidates – in this case applicants for the office of president of the Republic of Poland. We are talking to Dr. Jędrzej Witkowski, the president of the Centre for Civic Education, about how Latarnik Wyborczy works and how it is created.
