Russia demanded that talks with Ukraine in Istanbul take place without the participation of representatives of the USA and Turkey – an anonymous Ukrainian diplomatic source, quoted by Reuter's agency, reported on Friday. The origin estimated that Moscow "torped efforts for peace".
