On May 24, 2025, at the office of the Pomeranian Higher School in Starogard Gdańsk, the Second global technological Conference “Safety of the Modern State” was held. This year, the subject of the conference is: "Army forces and administration in ensuring state security".
The conference featured 25 lectures, including 8 abroad speeches by scientists from India, Bulgaria and Ukraine. It was the second conference organized in the walls of the Old-Garden University. Last year, the conference afraid the provision of local safety by the Armed Forces and administration and was attended by scientists from Ukraine, Bulgaria, India, Cameroon, Slovakia and France.
This year's conference brought together many students and outsiders curious in national security. Thanks to the media patronage of Radio Starogard and Radio Tczew aula University was filled almost to the last place. However, the speakers had the top influence on this situation. Prof. Tadeusz Szczurek, kmdr (s.) Prof. Jerzy Będźmirowski, Prof. Elits Petrov (National Military University Vieliko Tyrnovo, BULGARIA), Prof. Dhananjan Tripati (South Asia University Delhi, INDIA), Prof. Vasil Pasychnyk (Lvyw Politechnika National University, UKRAINA) and many another notable scholars have given their speeches. A post-conference publication will shortly be published, which will feature most of the articles from the conference.
It should be noted that since the beginning of the Conference, its co-organizer is the National Military University in Vielikom Tyrnów, Bulgaria, and the University authorities have established excellent technological relations with the Pomeranian Higher School in Starogard Gdańsk.
