Indonesia wants to modernize BMP-3

According to available data, the Indonesian Navy is expected to have at least 54 ships modified for the activities of the naval combat infantry wagons BMP-3F collected from Russia. In view of the standard version, this vehicle is expected to have better ability to overcome water obstacles. In 2019, an additional 22 pieces were ordered, but no authoritative confirmation of their transportation by the Russian side.
