The growth in the prices of fresh apartments has slowed down. The marketplace is stabilizing. According to large DATA RynekPierwotny.pl, the average price per square metre in Warsaw in April this year was over PLN 17,800, 0.1 percent little than in March. How have prices changed in another cities? How large is the offer of apartments?
