Jarosław Kaczyński responded to the words of American General Keith Kellogg at a press conference on Wednesday. The PiS leader firmly announced that if Karol Nawrocki, a candidate supported by his party, is elected president, he will definitely not agree to sending Polish troops to Ukraine.
