This is simply a reaction to incidents that occurred a fewer days ago erstwhile Russian-related perpetrators damaged the tracks on the Warsaw–Lublin railway route.
Operation Horizon announced during the afternoon press conference the heads of the MON, the Ministry of abroad Affairs and the General Staff of the HR. As planned, it should start on November 21. "The fresh acts of diversion have shown that the cooperation of services subordinate to the Home Minister with the armed forces, with peculiar emphasis on territorial defence troops, must be even closer," argued Deputy Prime Minister and National Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz.
