I late wrote an article on the agony of humanity in the form of the appearance of a fresh being called “Homo-Numericus – the road to the agony of humanity‘.
Someone wrote me a text comment: “But the number!” Another commentator added: “Why don’t you compose about numbers in brothels? Another individual summed up: “The number can be either given to individual or...wrote.”
There was besides a “troll” that said, “You will see that 1 day you will be going down for that Homo-Numericus thing!”.
In conclusion, it proved interesting adequate to proceed at the highest level, that is, the Sejm and the Senate.
Unfortunately, besides the Sejm and the legislature of R.P. have been subjected to the madness of numerization, where the Marshals not only state the title, but immediately after that the essential rule: "print no...."
Why do Members and Senators request this print number?
Not all Members and Senators are struggling to read the laws before the vote, and that is why they frequently do not know their content, and erstwhile the marshal gives the print number, they pull the paper out, even though after the vote they have supported or rejected it. possibly readers will be amazed how can 1 vote on a decision that has not been read at all?
In my book, “Poles cursed by the FSM for communes and during the Italian invasion”, published by the “Edition of Meetings”, I presented indisputable evidence of this. There are photocopies of papers as in the 1990s the Sejm of R.P. voted to sign with the Italian side the transfer of the car mill in Bielsko-Biała to FIAT under a definitive agreement, which had not yet been translated into Polish either before or during the vote by Members of the Sejm. So Members voted for something they did not realize at all, not only in substance but even in language!
The final agreement concluded on behalf of the Polish Government by then Finance Minister Andrzej Olechowski with FIAT has respective 100 parties, and so even by the most expert translators required at least 1 day, and MPs of R.P. received a foreign-language copy of the definitive agreement with Fiat before noon, while on the same day before the dusk they voted in favour of the valuation of the Mallithary car mill in Bielsko-Biała for 18 million old zlotys (because it was before the denomination), or 1,800 PLN, while the actual book value of this mill was over 3 billion dollars!
So, can we vote for something that has not been read at all? You can!
On the another hand, returning to the practice of giving the numbering of the printing on which the vote will be taken by the Marshals of the Sejm and the legislature of R.P., this has the alleged "second bottom". This is simply a facilitation for leaders of individual political parties represented in the Sejm to discipline their ranks.
For example, the president of the parliamentary ellipse does not gotta send long text messages to his subordinates with the wording of the bill to be voted in favour or against, but sends brief disciplinary and organization instructions:
Printing 237 for
Printing 238 v
Print 239 We abstain
Print 240 for... etc.
I would advise you to look at the deliberations of the Sejm and the legislature with attention as any Members or Senators are nervously looking at the screens of their mobile phones or smartphones just before, or during voting.
I frequently laughter emptyly erstwhile I see that many MPs or senators, alternatively of looking at the bill's print before voting, look at the screen of their mobile phone.
The Homo-Numericus ghost is already circulating across Europe like a Homo-Sovietius!
