This is the situation:
My superb colleagues from the University of Warsaw are developing fantastic technology. They have 1 reactor to produce the material. The University of Nagoya has 10, the University of Taipei has 20.
In October 2024, my colleagues' reactor is breaking down. We gotta trade any for about 15,000 Eur. You gotta do a bidding procedure at the University. Completely unnecessary, due to the fact that the maker of specified parts is one- maker of the reactor described. However, a tender must be organised for the University of Warsaw (there are peculiar bureaucrats). Unfortunately, it is the end of the year, Christmas, and settle the tender in 2024 did not give (and there was only 1 offer). Unfortunately, this offer had a validity date of 31.12.2024, so you request to download a fresh offer and arrange a fresh tender.
If it goes well, my friends will have a working reactor after six months.
This is Poland's participation in the technological race.
