Interview by Dr. Alexander Olech with Amb. Shota Gvineria**, lecturer in defence and cybersecurity studies at Baltic Defence College and expert at economical Policy investigation Center. He previously held key functions in Georgia, including as Deputy Secretary of the National safety Council, abroad Policy Advisor of the Minister of Defence and Ambassador of Georgia to the Kingdom of the Netherlands (2010–2014). He holds master's degrees in strategical safety studies (National defence University, Washington), global relations (Dyplomatic School in Madrid) and public administration (Georgian University of Technology). Its areas of specialisation include hybrid war, cybersecurity, Russia's abroad and safety policy, Black Sea region safety and the east Partnership.
