"Preliminarily PLN 30 billion was planned for the defence fund, now there will be PLN 26 billion, due to the fact that we heard the voice of local government, who said that they already have projects related to the Green Transformation of Cities. - Minister for Defence,
- Minister of Funds and Regional Policy,
- Minister for Infrastructure,
- Minister for improvement and Technology.

‘The funds from this fund may be allocated to capital contributions, e.g. to ammunition factories. Not for acquisition but for investments in capacity increase’ – explained Pełczyńska-Nałęcz.
