Roman Giertych proposed that the duties of the president should be temporarily taken over by the talker of the Sejm, Szymon Hołownia. In his opinion, this gives time to verify the election consequence and pass a repair bill on the ultimate Court. The politician argues that the current trial may hide electoral fraud.
