The French army presently uses 64 cannonhaubice CAESAR Mark I (awaiting the transportation of additional [12 copies](https://defence24.pl/defence-defence policy/France-orders-haubice-by-complement-contributed-Ukraine) supplemental donation for Ukraine) and an older kind of Haubice AMX 30 AuF1 in the number of 32 copies. The second will shortly be replaced by a newer version of Caesar in the Mark II variety, which Paris will get [a full of 109 ](https://defence24.pl/force-arms/olbium-order-cezary-for-French-armies), the first 33 of which is to be in service by June 2026 (originally to be the year 2024). For towed [haubic TRF1](https://defence24.pl/war-on-ukrainie-report-special-defence24/French-artillery-towed-under-bachmut), they have already been withdrawn from service.
