French export hit bought with money from SAFE

[Lithuania in December 2022](https://defence24.pl/defence-politics-defence/litwa-order-new-generation-caesarov) informed of the conclusion of a contract to procure 18 French cannonohaubic CAESAR NG with the Nexter Group (now KNDS France). Earlier, due to the fact that a letter of intent was signed in the [Eurosatory 2022 contracts](https://defence24.pl/defence-defence-policy/litva-France-force-god-war). Vilnius planned to spend EUR 110-150 million on acquiring French artillery and the essential back-up. The transportation deadline was set for 2027.
