Forced into Russian ranks. How Russia "recruits" in occupied Ukraine

Dam circuit. Part occupied by Russian troops. An armed Russian force enters the home of 1 of the Ukrainian police officers who did not have time to evacuate. The man gets an ultimatum – either enlists in the "milition" or his household gets hurt. On the Russian-occupied Ukrainian territories there is simply a forced recruitment to armed formations fighting against Ukraine. It's a violation of the Geneva Convention.
