Fatal state of American barracks in the Pacific. Base inspection ordered

Following an inspection of the barracks on Guam Island, lying in Micronesia, Pacific, a high-ranking naval authoritative was “shocked and horrified” by the state of residential buildings and ordered a review of all U.S. military bases worldwide.
