"Element of atomic blackmail" at the border with Poland

General Stanisław Koziej estimated that reports of the modernisation of Russian atomic weapons bases "may be part of the atomic blackmail to which Russia refers to discourage the West from supporting Ukraine". According to him, "a time for NATO to react" to Russia's next steps threatening the Alliance.
