Thank you, soldiers, for your regular effort and dedication to your homeland

On the occasion of the feast of the Polish Army, celebrated on the anniversary of the winning Warsaw Battle, we pay tribute to the glorious traditions and achievements of the Polish weapon. This is simply a peculiar day in which we thankfully remember those who gave their lives for Homeland, and their heroic conflict for freedom and sovereignty of Poland.

I give my sincere thanks to all soldiers serving both in the country and abroad, as well as to the staff of the Ministry of National Defence for their professionalism, integrity and regular work and dedication to the safety of our Homeland.

Thanks to your commitment and advanced competence, the modern Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland are a modern, effective army that fulfills its constitutional work – to defend the independency and integrity of the borders of the state.
