According to the MON communication, the signing of the FMF debt warrant agreement by the Deputy Prime Minister and the head of the Ministry of Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz will take place on Friday 25 July at 9:00 in Warsaw. The ceremony will besides be attended by the Secretary of State at MON Paweł Zalewski and Brent T. Christiensen, Undersecretary of State for Arms Control and global safety of the United States, both Deputy Ministers will then hold a bilateral meeting. The MON did not specify what kind of money the program would be allocated to, but stated that "the funds would be utilized to modernise the Polish Armed Forces".
