Mariupola residents have been hoping for fresh housing promised by the occupying Russian authorities for almost 3 years. The Kremlin assured that it would rebuild Mariupol and make the city flourish as never before. However, not only that it remains ruined, the Russians are not even able to supply the people with basic shelter. The situation is dramatic, and hypocrisy is evident even to the most blinded propaganda of the Russians.
