There will be no fresh Black Hawks for the Polish army – at least for now. The Armed Forces Agency unexpectedly cancelled the tender for 32 S-70i machines, manufactured in PZL Mielec. As the representatives of the MON explained, there was no breach of contract because... this 1 was never signed. The decision is explained by the ‘significant change of circumstances’ and the request to adapt purchases to fresh defence priorities.
