Stinger's American successor is already flying

The information provided by Lockheed Martin shows that the program to supply the successor to the portable anti-aircraft Stinger rocket set enters the next phase. The fresh Next-Generation Short-Range Interceptor (NGSRI) has been tested in flight, which, according to the communication, confirmed "the efficiency of the interceptor rocket and demonstrated the maturity of key capture subsystems".
