Can winning a trial challenge a favorable judgment?

Can the winning organization challenge a favorable judgment? is simply a cassatory action admissible on the grounds of the judgement — not on its operative part (beneficial to the party) but on the view expressed by the court which the winner considers to be in the long run adverse to himself.
