"Poland has made evidence advancement in upgrading the armed forces over the last 4 years. After hard negotiations, a second contract for the transportation of K2 tanks is to be signed more favourable than the erstwhile one. The fresh contract besides provides for vehicles accompanying and manufacturing 80 machines in Poland. The contract besides provides national service capacity. Although only 60 of the 180 tanks will be built in Poland, it is already faster than the earlier framework agreement had previously established. The current management of the MON makes thoughtful purchasing decisions, focusing on competence and technology transfer. This is real progress, despite the malcontent of any commentators.”
