The United States is supporting Ukraine in countering Russia's armed aggression. The Americans have given our east neighbours modern equipment, which is presently undergoing a real test in terms of real war. Events in east Europe give the U.S. the chance to test its own solutions on the battlefield and draw lessons from these experiences for the future.
