– As regards the question of the transfer of grants and subsequent subsidies, the situation is simple adequate that PKW 30 December adopted – due to the ruling of the ultimate Court – the financial study of the PiS electoral committee and thus this method act should be carried out by the Minister of Finance," said justice Sylwester Marciniak.

– The provision is clear: after the ultimate Court ruling, taking into account the complaint of the committee or organization concerned, the PCW shall adopt the report. And this has happened over the last 10 years. Letter from the Minister of Finance to PKW
After the resolution that PKW issued on 30 December, there is an exchange of letters between the Minister of Finance and the committee.
8 January Minister of Finance Andrzej Domanski sent a letter of resolution to PKW, in which PKW approved the financial statements of the PiS electoral committee concerning the election to the Sejm and legislature in 2023. Domański stated that he "required the PCW to interpret the resolution, that is, to clarify doubts about its content".
In his opinion, the PKW adopted a resolution on the content internally contradictory and conditional. As he added, the objections concerning the clarity of the resolution of the PCW are of a general nature, are published in the public debate by legal experts, including erstwhile and current members of the PCW.

And the boss State Election Commission Sylvester Marciniak On 9 January, he asked the Finance Minister Andrzej Domański to immediately indicate the legal basis of his request for explanation of the resolution of the PCW of 30 December of the financial study of the PiS election committee from the 2023 parliamentary elections.
On 15 January, the Minister of Finance stated that he had sent another letter to the PKW, in which he indicated the provisions of the Constitution, the Electoral Code and another laws, which "provide that the work to explain doubts about the decisions of the public authority is an apparent part of our legal order and the activities of public administration, including PKW".
