1] Hualong One: Another reactor connected to the network

On 22 November 2025, the Chinese power grid was successfully connected second Zhangzhou atomic power plant reactor in Fujian Province. This is simply a kind unit Hualong 1 (HPR1000) – 3rd generation reactor plus, considered to be World's most widespread atomic reactor in construction and operation.

Zhangzhou Power Station will consist of six Hualong 1 reactors. erstwhile full launched, it will make over 60 billion kWh of clean energy per year – what will cover 75% of yearly electricity demand in 2 major cities of Fujian Province: Xiamen (5.35 million inhabitants) and Zhangzhou (5.1 million).

[2] The world's largest clean energy industrial chain

As reported in "Global Energy Transition study (2025)"China built the largest and most comprehensive supply chain in the clean energy sector. Within a decade, the share of coal in the energy mix decreased dramatically – with 58.7% in 2015 to just 33.1% in the first half of 2025.

In the field green hydrogen China besides dominates:

  • Annual production exceeds 150 000 tonneswhat constitutes Over 50% of planet production capacity,
  • The number of hydrogen stations reached 540, which is 40% of global hydrogen refuelling infrastructure.

[3] Launch of IoT commercial satellite tests

Chinese authorities have launched two-year investigating of commercial satellite net of Things (IoT) services. The task aims to advance improvement Commercial Astronautics and low-level economies (e.g. drones, eVTOL-i, air logistics).

The strategy will let global connectivity of devices – from industrial sensors to cars, ships and aircraft – via transmission low velocity datasuch as GPS position, sensor readings or method status.

[4] The world's largest 4 cable bridge

Construction completed on 22 November Yanji Bridge on the Yangtze River in Hubei Provincethe world's largest suspension bridge with 4 main cables. His The main bay has a span of 1860 metersand the plan is one piece (without support in the river), which minimizes the impact on the navigability and ecosystem of the river.

This bridge will importantly shorten travel times between Huanggang and Ezhou cities, improving the economical integration of the region divided by the large Yangtze River.

[5] First line of semiconductor batteries in China

Construction completed China's first All-solid-state line advanced capacity. This technology eliminates completely liquid electrolytereplacing him solid materialsallowing:

  • Double EV range – from present ~500 km to more than 1000 km,
  • increase safety (no ignition risk),
  • Speed up the charging.

Currently batteries are tested in a tiny series of electrical vehicles. Mass production is planned for 2027–2030.

Integrated technological development

This is only part of the information that came in just 2 weeks. It is besides a tiny fragment of a larger picture: the realization China’s integrated technology infrastructure improvement strategy – from safe atomic powerby Green Transformationafter Future transport and global connectivity. These projects not only strengthen Energy and technological independency of the countrybut besides strengthen his export position in key sectors of the future.
