Minister Cezary Tomczyk in his speech to Defence24.pl indicated that shortly the paper "Programme for the improvement of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland for the years 2025-2039" will be adopted, which is an crucial paper from the position of planning the method Modernization Programme.
