In principle, there are no circumstantial guidelines for photography at the polling station. If you want to take a image of your ballot card, putting cards in the urn – no problem. There's just a fewer things to pay attention to.
First of all, you take pictures of yourself, so don't shoot another people. You must not take pictures of another people without their permission, unless they are part of a convention, manifestation, etc. So you can take a image of yourself with an urn, but be careful not to photograph another people.
You can't disturb anyone, either. Blocking the committee. Voters mostly have no problem stopping for a while and allowing individual to take a picture. But one, not the full session.
Taking pictures is 1 thing, publishing another
The second issue is the possible publication of photos. We must remember here the condition of the privacy of others in the photo. Did you catch anyone in frame? Cut it, get it, don't print someone's image without permission.
Don't print pictures of children, defend their privacy. And don't show any pictures of a voting card marked with a cross. That means breaking the election silence and it can bring severe punishment.
Above all, let us effort not to disturb the feast of democracy and not disturb anyone. This is an crucial minute for all citizens of the brightest Republic, let us not disturb its course.
