Roman Fritz: The commune is back
27.07.2025 time/comuna-return
Roman Fritz in an interview with Julia Gubalska on the Tomasz Sommer channel spoke about lies about Grzegorz Braun in the context of gas chambers in the German Auschwitz-Birkenau camp. He besides referred to the charge of "stealing the bold" "flag" of the European Union.
Braun accused of not saying his words
Roman Fritz was asked about the gas chambers in the German Auschwitz-Birkenau camp.
– We have proof that any things can be said, and any cannot be said. What is interesting and personally amazing to me, is that the full political scene in Poland, as with touching 1 button, stands on the alert and so for a good week they stood on the alert, ‘ruki pa swam’ and everyone ritually condemns this terrible Grzegorz Braun," said Roman Fritz.
– This shows that these people are incapable to even exert their own reasoning to gain any personal, individual judgment. Gregory Braun is accused of things he hasn't said at all. And this is the most common case," added Fritz.
He then mentioned a peculiar resolution which was passed in the Sejm, which condemned, among others, Grzegorz Braun.
– The words of condemnation flow from all over Poland, how long and wide. First of all, he accuses Grzegorz Braun of denying the scale of German murders, mainly on Jews, but besides in general. He denies something like the Holocaust, which is absolutely untruthful," he said.
Braun has the right to ask about Auschwitz
– Grzegorz Braun in his life, something I know of, did not say," emphasized Roman Fritz.
– He questions, however, how people were killed in Auschwitz over the years, as he said. And he's entitled to ask these questions due to the fact that his uncle died there. Then a 17-year-old boy. And Gregory Braun would like to know at least how he died there. Although it would be worth checking, ask these questions, as the Polish constitution allows. due to the fact that in Article 54 we are assured that preventive censorship in Poland is prohibited. It is not to be, and seemingly it is – said KKP politician.
EU flag theft
The guest was besides asked about the charge of a bold theft of the EU flag. You can read about the case below.
Ministry of Industry, no longer existing. And it is good that my parliamentary intervention at the Ministry of manufacture in Katowice, in which I was just accompanied by Grzegorz Braun and many another assistants, made it possible that she exposed everything and that the ministry was completely unnecessary," said Fritz.
– due to the fact that we named it right after our visit. Ministry of Industrial Elimination. There's just the atmosphere of a wake, a cemetery, I don't know, grave diggers go there and effort to make a good impression – Fritz continued.
– The situation was that at the end of this visit, Grzegorz Braun approached this emblem of the European Union. due to the fact that it is not a flag, the European Union has no flag. And he wanted to get her there, and I grabbed that metallic tube that that flag was attached to, and I kept it, I don't know, half a minute or 40 seconds. And for me holding this metallic tube, Mr Adam Bodnar, then, due to the fact that he was no longer present, the Minister of Justice addressed the motion to Simon Holownia, Marshal of the Sejm for the waiver of the immunity," said Roman Fritz.
– This is not an accusation, ladies and gentlemen, holding a metallic tube. This is simply a charge from the 278 article in paragraph 3a of the Criminal Code, which states Of stealing especially impudent. And this is no joke, due to the fact that it's six to 8 years in prison. This is simply a serious thing, so if the Polish State wants to compromise to the end, then go ahead, I am ready to stand up and face specified serious allegations – he declared.
– That's a crime, ladies and gentlemen, that's what I'm saying, 'cause taking off the flags is besides my past decades. Even for the erstwhile commune in the 1980s, I besides downloaded flags, only that at the time they were red flags, most frequently on any 1st of May or 22nd of July, those inactive Polish-Polish ones. But then the communist authorities did not go to press charges for this – the KKP politician continued.
– Now, on the another hand, this totalitarian power that we are dealing with reaches for specified things. I, of course, am a small ironic, due to the fact that I hope to get out of it somehow, and I feel sorry for the terrible people who had besides drawn flags before, for example, Ukrainians and who have akin charges and here there are no jokes, 1 of them is even in custody," Roman Fritz emphasized.
“The commune came back, it just came back,” Fritz concluded.
