The National Prosecutor's Office published another communication on the investigation of presidential elections. It indicated that incorrect data were previously provided covering the results of 2 regional commissions.
On July 25, a communication appeared on the website of the National Prosecutor's Office, according to which ballots were examined in 250 regional committees. It revealed that many of them were irregular.
166 committees did not find any discrepancies between the authoritative protocols and the findings of the reviews. 84 further identified specified irregularities, of which 16 of them re-attributed votes to candidates.
PK provides correct data
In an updated communication, the PK explained another thing. “The above communication of 25 July 2025 and the annexed table take into account incorrect data from 2 regional electoral commissions, i.e. from Commission No 7 in Ostrov Mazowiecki and from Commission No 9 in Łęczna,” we read.
It appears from the data collected by the Panel that, after taking into account the votes examined in the committees mentioned, Karol Nawrocki received 1239 votes little and Rafał Trzaskowski received 1,242 votes more than the authoritative electoral protocols.
