"I have directed an invitation to the clubs and parliamentary circles for tomorrow's gathering on the creation of a cross-party method government. Everything must be done to guarantee that Poland is ruled effectively and efficiently until the parliamentary elections. Donald Tusk can no longer be Prime Minister" – specified an entry appeared on Tuesday in Mariusz Błaszczak's account.
The problem is, however, that no politicians outside the Law and Justice came to talk on Wednesday.
"Tusk coalitions did not take advantage of the chance to escape the political non-being that forces them to proceed on this team. Fear of Tusk and the possible of losing seats proved stronger" – the erstwhile head of the MON regretted in the next entry.
"From political pragmatism it is more profitable to wait 2 years until this government loses any remaining support and any parties completely disappear. But this is not about calculations – we care about Poland. This is why we proposed a supra-party method government, which will lead to elections in 2027, due to the fact that that is what Poles expect. This proposal is inactive on the table" – we read in his post.
"I will repeat my appeal to all politicians from this coalition – do not be afraid of Tusk! Poland is more important!" he concluded.
What about the ruling coalition? Thursday Leadership Meeting
Meanwhile, a further gathering of coalition leaders is scheduled to take place on Thursday to discuss key issues concerning the future of cooperation between groups.
Szymon Hołownia, talker of the Sejm and leader of Poland 2050, announced on Tuesday on page X that the main subject of the talks would be the "programme objectives K15X" and the request to "improve the current activities of the coalition".
On Monday, Prime Minister Donald Tusk delivered a message. He then announced his intention to turn to the Sejm for a vote of confidence.
– There is besides much to do, ranging from global affairs to the construction of a powerful army and a strong economy, the repolonization of industry, social safety and state services, to the settlement and fight against crime. This plan will require unity and courage from the full Coalition on October 15. The first test will be a vote of assurance that I will address the Sejm in the close future," said Tusk. The vote will take place on 11 June.
