Prosecutor General Adam Bodnar has received a request from the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw to waive the immunity of Law and Justice MEP Daniel Obajtek, Piotr Skiba, spokesperson for the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, said on Friday. It is about the charges of making false statements and the withdrawal of the weekly NIE from the Orlen station network.
