From 7 to 9 October 2025 Gdańsk will become the heart of the maritime manufacture – all thanks to BALTEXPO, 1 of the most crucial events in the sector
in Poland and the Baltic Sea region. This year's edition of the 23rd global Maritime and Military Fair, for the second time full organized by the Gdańsk global Fair, promises to be even more intensive, combining the trade fair part as well as a rich conference programme.
- I'm sorry. We are only a fewer months distant from the start of the second edition of the BALTEXPO fair led by the MTG. This is another crucial step in the improvement of our initiative, but it besides proves that our work has real results. I am very grateful for the trust our partners have given us, who have joined this project. We want our fairs to become a platform that unites business, allowing us to exchange experience, establish valuable contacts and inspire innovation. We encourage willing exhibitors to study and join us to build together the future of the maritime manufacture in Poland. During the three-day fair, participants will have the chance to get acquainted with the offer of more than 200 exhibitors from Poland and abroad, participate in thematic sessions and accompanying events, including survey visits on the premises of many interesting investments. The event was held by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Ministry of National Defence, Maritime Offices in Gdynia and Szczecin, Marine Search and Rescue Service and SEA Europe. Among the key points of the programme are:
Conference Baltic Ports Conference, a prestigious event organized by the Baltic Ports Organization, which brings together port leaders, maritime manufacture experts and representatives of administrations and institutions from across the Baltic Sea region.
Education and Career Day, held under the patronage Ministry of National Education and the Marshal's Office of Pomorskie Province. It is an initiative aimed not only at young people – students and students, but besides at all those seeking a occupation in the maritime manufacture or wanting to change.
The Startup Zone, in which the organizers together with Infoshare will make a space for innovative, young technology companies that will present their solutions to the marine industry, offshore and economy based on fresh technologies.
Conference programme BALTEXPO 2025 covers 3 intense days of debates, panels and expert speeches, during which key issues will be addressed, specified as digitisation, green maritime transformation, port development, maritime safety and global maritime cooperation.
Although the main part of the event will take place in October in Gdańsk, BALTEXPO 2025 will symbolically start in June – from World Shipship Meeting, which will bring together the academic and manufacture community around the 80th anniversary of the Institute of Shipbuilding at Gdańsk University of Technology. This gathering will be the first crucial accent of this year's edition of BALTEXPO, highlighting tradition, innovation and strength of the marine environment.
