We know a small more details about this year's Air Show in Radom. The Air Force is preparing a series of shows, which is called "The Staff of Generations". Legends will appear in the Radom sky – the Su-22 assault aircraft. There will besides be no shortage of multitasking FA-50 and F-16 fighters. It is worth being there and looking up carefully!
International Air Show Radom 2025 will be held on the last weekend of holidays, which is August 30 and 31. The event has enjoyed large popularity among aviation enthusiasts for years, and this year's edition has a chance to permanently enroll in their memory. besides due to the last dynamic show in past Su-22 aircraft for a wider audience.
Night and day tasks
Let us remind you, these machines, after 41 years of service, end their mission in the Polish sky. May was the last period erstwhile training was conducted on Su-22. Now only operating flights and those related to maintaining staff habits are held.

But before there is simply a minute of break-up with legendary machines, on the Radom Air Show we will see them first in night shows. The Su-22 will execute visual/photographic designation and then simulated impact on ground targets. The next day (August 31) pilots will repeat this task. This time in regular conditions.

– We want viewers to be able to see the full spectrum of capabilities of this aircraft both day and night", says Brig-Gen. Pil. Dr. Waldemar Gołębiowski, commander of the 4th School Aviation Wing and manager of Air Show 2025. The General behind the controls of Su-22 spent over a 1000 hours serving on these machines from 1991 to 2003. “The Su-22 show is simply a tribute to past and proof that these planes can inactive make an impression,” he says.
