Bombers of the 31st Bomb Squadron from the Centre for Preparation for abroad Missions are on the defender of security, constantly removing threats remaining after the war past!
For bomb squads from the Kielce unit on 4 June it was a day full of challenges and dynamic activities. Within a fewer hours they had to face highly dangerous finds – remnants from planet War II, which posed a serious threat to the inhabitants of Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
The first study active 4 missiles, each weighing 127 kilograms, discovered on an abandoned property. The situation was peculiarly hard due to the fact that the missiles were stuck in the ground and served as a foundation for the shed built on them, which made their extraction much more difficult.
The bomb squad carried out a precise safety and rocket removal operation utilizing the highest precautions. After careful examination of the site, the find was safely transported for further disposal.
Just a minute later, the bomb squad received another study – this time concerning a private property discovered in the town of Kowala, an anti-tank mine. The find required immediate protection as its presence posed a real threat to the residents.
The experience and professionalism of the bomb squads allowed efficient operation and safe transport of the dangerous find to a specially designated location.
Such interventions show the importance of the regular readiness of bomb squads to act and their key function in neutralising the risks of non-explosion. Professionalism, precision and full engagement of bomb squads from CPdMZ are key to ensuring effective safety for local communities.
