Northrop Grumman is simply a known entity that measures forces on intentions and either resigns at an early phase – as in the case of the T-X school aircraft and the 6th generation fighter for the U.S. Navy NGAD – or is sacrificed to achieving measurable success. The latter, of course, is simply a next generation B-21 Raider bomber program, which records only insignificant problems and moves forward as planned, announcing a completely fresh quality in American strategical aviation.
