Afghan commandos in Ukraine? Russia and Iran recruit reinforcements

The American magazine "Foreign Policy" reports that Russia and Iran are attempting to recruit into the war with Ukraine erstwhile commandos from the Afghanistan Army, formerly trained by US and UK peculiar units, and presently hiding from revenge by the ruling Taliban in Kabul.
