"Today I resigned as Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Justice," Deputy Minister Zuzanna Rudzińska-Bluszcz informed on social media. She turned to erstwhile Minister Adam Bodnar. She besides had a fewer words for his successor Waldemar Zurek.


At the beginning of the entry, Zuzanna Rudzińska-Bluszcz shared a theatrical metaphor. "The last 19 months were a fascinating journey behind the scenes of the functioning of the state. As it happens backstage: sometimes the souffler sleeps, the intercom fails, the actor sits in the buffet. Nevertheless, most of the time – working on the show is magic, power. It was no different in the Ministry of Justice: the anticipation of influencing changes in Poland was a large experience," she admitted.

The deputy minister reported that she was leaving the resort, and later in the post she turned to thanks. "I am highly grateful to Adam Bodnar for his trust, for his work together, and above all for the values that have been the basis of any action undertaken by the ministry. I besides thank Marshal Simon Holown and Poland 2050 for deciding to nominate an expert to the Ministry of Justice, not a politically well-deserved individual – and for giving assurance to me" - stressed the lawyer and activist.

She mentioned that she was arrogant of what she was able to accomplish in the areas for which she was responsible, i.e. "to make changes in household court matters", "to start working on extrajudicial divorces", "to take up the increasing problem of children's separation of parents", "to return the Justice Fund to acting in accordance with the law (to remove the discretion of granting money in the regulation)", "reform mediation and free legal assistance scheduled for years", "to prepare a task to abolish incapacitation after a fewer decades – and reconstruct dignity to all people regardless of their needs and health".

Finally, she added that she "holds her thumbs for Waldemar Żurek and His Team". "I believe that you will be able to make further changes to make it better to meet a citizen with courts: efficient, understandable, fair. This should be our legal contribution to building sustainable democracy and security. Good luck," she concluded.
