The Social Insurance Institution already pays benefits of PLN 1636 for each 1% permanent or long-term harm to health. Money goes to the eligible after certain conditions are fulfilled. Exceptions are limited: compensation is not granted only in 2 circumstantial situations related to accidents at work.
