Żurek's success. The court forbade the distribution of a fake photograph with the mediate finger

Sharing the fake photograph was banned by the territory Court in Jelenia Góra. It ruled that it violated Waldemar Żurek's individual rights and harmed his image. A court ban was imposed on Deputy Prosecutor General Michał Ostrowski.
